The initial concept sketches were presented in 2013 with the design recalling grand North Shore seaside hotels and summer homes of the past. The $40 million hotel has 94 rooms, a rooftop pool, a business center, a fitness center, a ballroom, meeting and conference space, and a 300-seat restaurant. Doors were opened in June of 2016.
