On April 1, 1927, the company suspended operations for ten days until the next stockholders meeting. During that period, a majority control of stocks changed hands. The name of the new owner was not revealed and operations resumed. However, it was the beginning of the end of the company. By June 13, 1930, the company assets were liquidated and the company ceased to exist.
