2023VIDEO: GLOCAL RootsFilm, Environment, 400 Stories Project
POWERFUL PARTNERSHIPS. It’s how people with like-minded goals can make an impact in our community now and for future generations. Filmmakers Sal Zerilli and Matthew Bradley produced this film, "Glocal Roots" telling the story of why the people behind the 400 Trees Project, Project Elm, and the 100 Trees Project are all working towards the same goal of protecting our environment for current and future generations.
Narrated by Sal Zerilli, Vice President of Project Elm, you’ll also see and hear from Peter Lawrence, Founder of 400 Trees; and Prataap Pratose co-founder of the 100 Trees Project; Mayor Greg Verga; Nathan Ives, President of Project Elm; Erina McWilliam-Lopez, Executive Director of Cape Ann YMCA, and tree recipients Bobbie Brooks, Karen Fraser, and Sue Funk.
The Gloucester 400+ and the Gloucester 400+ Stories Project are proud to support this film, and we’re all thankful for the people who are taking action, large and small, as they think about the future of our children and communities.
